Credit terms

Unless otherwise agreed, our payment terms are 30 days net.

Prices

All prices are stated in Danish Kroner (DKK), if not stated otherwise, and subect to change without notice, due to subsuppliers price fluctuations and currency movements etc. Rights are being reserved for omissions and misprints 
Description, quantities and prices are subject to our final comfirmation, and subject to not being unsold.

Delivery

If not otherwise stated, our delivery terms are FAS "port name"
We reserve the right to add expenses or reject order(s) due to e.g. size of order (totalamount) and/or short notice and/or expenses involved.

Delivery east of Great Belt
Minimum order DKK 7.500,00
Orders must be in our hands before 12.00 am the day before delivery.
For deliveries in weekends, orders must be in our hands Thursdays before 12:00 am
For deliveries on mondays, orders must be in our hands friday before 12:00 am 

Delivery west of Great Belt
Minimum order DKK 12.000,00
Orders must be in our hands before 12.00 am the day before delivery.
For deliveries in weekends, orders must be in our hands Thursdays before 12:00 am
For deliveries on mondays, orders must be in our hands friday before 12:00 am

Invoicing

Invoices and/or delivery notes will be forwarded by e-mail as scanned copy - duly signed for receipt.

Payment terms

Payments received must cover the full open amount in Danish Kroner without any deduction of bank expenses, fees or such charges.

Overdue payments will be added dunning fee and interests 

We trade under ISSA Condtions 2003 - all gods are considered as property of DFS Danmark until paid in its full.

Discount

Agreed discount is only applicable if payment is received within agreed payment term.

Return terms

Incorrect goods or misdelivery must be remarked on invoice and/or delivery note upon receipt of delivery. If any discrepancies found later, this must be informed to us immediately, and if possible goods or samples hereof must be kept available for our inspection. We only accept return goods if not opened, used or worn, and only if returned in original packing, with proper marks and numbers.
